Orders placed with The K3 Company will be shipped within one business day of when the completed order is received and payment is processed, unless noted at the time order is placed or receive an email notice, that an item is on delayed shipping status. Preorders or items that are marketed online as backordered will ship at a future date.
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. An additional fee may apply if an address change is made while the package is en route, and not all carriers allow such address changes. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to K3 as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to K3, please contact K3 to make arrangements for reshipment.

Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit. You can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by adding product to you shopping cart and including basic shipment information, which includes your nation and postal code.
We offer shipping via Federal Express. The four options include ground/home delivery, express saver, 2 day or standard overnight.

If your order is being shipped from or by The K3 Company (not drop-shipped) to a US shipping address, you will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout. These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination, and the items you order. (Expected delivery dates are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.) Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. Order cutoff times for expedited shipping options are: Monday-Thursday: 12:30pm ET; Friday: 10:30am ET.
Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within six business days after shipment.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Guaranteed delivery dates for items shipped in a timely manner from K3 are the responsibility of the carrier. Please note that these dates do not include dates a package is held requiring a signature for delivery; it is the customers responsibility to be there or arrange to have an authorized agent sign.
Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product departs the K3 facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond K3 control once your order leaves K3 facilities, therefore K3 cannot assume liability for late deliveries.
FedEx Delivery Attempts
FedEx makes three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, FedEx will return the package to K3.
